IndiaTEAM is organized as IndiaTEAM chapters and top level IndiaTEAM.
– Every chapters day to day activity is coordinated by the president.
– The president is selected by their chapter coordinators.
– All the things which are common to all the chapters like web site maintenance, IndiaTEAMSoft development, Dream School project, Community Center SCHOOL and IndiaTEAM data center are managed by top level IndiaTEAM.
– Top level IndiaTEAM has board of directors and they select the chairman.
– All the chapter presidents are coordinated by the chairman.
– In turn, the chapter president coordinates the secretary and treasurer.
