What is gift match?
Most of the corporate in USA matches “Dollar to Dollar” (Example, if member donates $1, the company will donate $1) for their employees donation to “501 (c) 3″ exempted organization.
As IndiaTEAM is “501 (c) 3″ registered and 100% tax exempted organization, most likely that your employer will match the donation you make to IndiaTEAM in terms of membership or any other donation.
That company matching donation will be kept in your IndiaTEAM’s FSA account and later you can do the project in your native for your employees matching FUND also.
