School Selection Guidelines

• Every IndiaTEAM Member is selected to do project.
• After selection, selected members will execute a project in their native.
• Members are selected as follows:
• All the members name are written and dropped in a box.
• Names will be randomly picked from the box by kids.
• Picked members will receive MONEY from IndiaTEAM.
• Number of members selected depends upon the balance in our account.
• Selected member will not be included for next selection till every member is selected.
• This way, every member gets a chance to do a project of their of choice.
• This selection cycle continues till all the members are selected.
• Once all are selected, next cycle starts with all the members included.
• This selection cycle repeats continuously for ever to help our schools.

• In this model, every member decide how and where their donations are spent
• After receiving MONEY from IndiaTEAM, members Execute a project in their native.
• Once the project is done successfully, they send Report to IndiaTEAM.
