Reporting Guidelines

Collect, scan and send us the soft copy to get your school project online

• As volunteers are overwhelmed, please send the your project details as soft copy (Scan them or take digital picture using your digital camera) when IndiaTEAM contacts you
• Details of IndiaTEAM school project
• List of Friends of IndiaTEAM Members - The same one available for FSA reimbursement.
• Other documents needed to file tax.
• Receipts addressed to "IndiaTEAM".
• For labor wages, please get a signature from the concerned person.
• Pictures of the SCHOOL executed including Friends of IndiaTEAM troop picture.
• Appreciation letter from headmaster or any authorized personals.
• Local news paper clippings carrying the details of IndiaTEAM school
• Thank letter from Friends of IndiaTEAM members to IndiaTEAM.
• Once you receive those items, do the following:
• Scan or take digital picture using your digital camera of above documents.
• Zip them and email it to your chapter's IndiaTEAM representative when they contact you.
• Don't forget to include IndiaTEAM school project and Friends of IndiaTEAM Members forms.
• IndiaTEAM highly recommends soft copy from every member - BIG REQUEST.
• Video shoot to show in our IndiaTEAM meeting - OPTIONAL.
