IndiaTEAM (TEAMRun) is proud to host a fun, friendly and first-class training program for runners, joggers and walkers of all ability levels to preparing for spring half marathons. The program is designed to help you on your personal fitness journey by providing you with Trainers, Senior Runners and Teammates who share goals, turning the tough grind of training into a fun social experience.

TEAMRun’s Training Highlights
– Beginner friendly Half Marathon training program.
– Friendly and experienced trainers with at least 5 years of running/training several Half Marathons
– Group runs on Saturday early mornings on 3 different bay area locations (Milpitas, Fremont, Dublin)
– Weekly emails to keep you motivated and informed on the training and tips.
– Trainers and other experienced runners are available for friendly chat and get you tips and tricks you need to be motivated and achieve your goal.
– 100s of runners did it, you can do it too. TEAMRun will help you with it.
