School Selection Guidelines

1. Every IndiaTEAM Member is selected to do project.
2. After selection, selected members can execute a project in their native.
3. Members are selected as follows:
   • Members are randomly selected for project execution.
   • Selected members will receive a check from IndiaTEAM.
   • Selected member will not be included for next selection till every member is selected from that chapter.
   • This way, every member gets a chance to do a project of their of choice.
   • This selection cycle continues till all the members are selected.
   • Once all are selected, next cycle starts with all the members included.
   • This selection cycle continues till all the members are selected.
   • Once all are selected, next cycle starts with all the members included.
4. In this model, every member can decide how and where their donations are spent
5. After receiving MONEY from IndiaTEAM, members Execute a project in their native.
6. Once the project is done successfully, they send Report to IndiaTEAM.
